EnSite is currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager

Are you a detailed person who has successfully managed large software projects? Do you have experience managing multiple projects at one time? This position will be a key member of EnSite’s Information Technology team, and will serve as the primary Project Manager on various product enhancement projects and large software implementations.  This position will work closely with business and technical roles for resource planning, scheduling and coordination.  You will also work directly with Clients, EnSite Business Analysts, Product Managers, Quality Assurance and Development team leaders to plan and organize company software development and implementation projects, coordinate resource assignments and report statues and metrics.  

Job duties include:

• Creation and maintenance of software development/implementation project plans
• Coordination and scheduling of EnSite resources on implementation projects, including day-to-day as well as long-term planning and follow-up on priorities and progress
• Regular communication with internal and external people to update project status and set expectations for deliverables
• Development and maintenance of Implementation management tools and procedures, and presentation of methods to clients and potential clients.  

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years experience managing large software implementation projects for external clients
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Business or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
• Ability to develop and deliver professional project presentations to clients and develop long-term client relationships
• Strong understanding of Microsoft-based client-server software development lifecycle required
• Project Management certification preferred
• Negotiation skills preferred
• Ability to travel to Customer sites for Implementation project meetings – 10%
