Omaha, Nebraska - EnSite Incorporated, a leading provider of software solutions and transaction management services for energy companies and service providers, announces that Global Partners LP has selected EnSite’s Safari Suite® system for account management, billing and customer care for natural gas end users in New England and New York.
EnSite Safari Suite® (www.ensite.com/products.htm) is a powerful multi-commodity energy management software solution built to accommodate the entire life cycle of the retail energy consumer. It allows EnSite’s customers to reduce transaction costs, improve cash flow, preserve margins, and expand their business with existing staff.
EnSite Safari Suite® will provide Global with automated customer enrollment and billing transaction management for its customers operating under New York utilities’ EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transaction model, with planned expansion into new EDI-based markets later in the year. EnSite Safari Suite’s EDI transaction management capabilities allow users to manage customers, pricing, commodity usage records and invoicing from the Safari Suite interface, while highly automating corresponding EDI transactions. EnSite Safari Suite EDI operations are compliant with New York EDI specifications for major New York utilities, allowing Global to immediately begin serving existing customers and enrolling new customers in the region.
