EnSite Incorporated Extends Agreement with the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction ("SPURR") for Customer Care and Billing

Omaha, Nebraska - EnSite Incorporated, a leading provider of software
solutions and transaction management services for energy companies and
service providers, announces the extension of the hosting and services
agreement with the manager of the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction
(“SPURR”). SPURR provides gas supply management and purchasing,
regulatory, and gas operations services to nearly 4,000 facilities operated
by over 200 public K-12 districts, community colleges, county offices
of education, universities, and other public agencies in California.
The initial hosting agreement with EnSite, starting in May, 2003, met
SPURR’s unique, integrated customer care and billing requirements. The
July 2009 renewal represents the second extension of the agreement.
EnSite will continue to provide EDI transaction management services
for electronic billing and payment transactions in conjunction with
SPURR’s trading partners, along with invoice processing services utilizing
EnSite Safari Suite®.
Data operations for EnSite’s Hosting Service are housed at the state-of-the-art
Omaha data center of EnSite business partner CoSentry Business Resiliency
Solutions, providing a cost-effective deployment model to match energy
marketers’ business needs today and support future growth.

Suite® platform offers proven and comprehensive features and functionality,
