EnSite Safari Suite® CRM Web

The EnSite Safari Suite® CRM Web customer service application is an online companion to the EnSite Safari Suite® application. EnSite Safari Suite® CRM Web allows the end users of an energy marketer using the EnSite Safari Suite® application to view their information via the Internet. The application uses a disconnected data model for security, and contains a separate online user security model allowing the administrator to define online customer access logins with multiple associated customer accounts. Using the application, customers are able to view key demographic information, detailed and aggregate usage history and complete billing history, including the ability to view or print copies of actual invoices. Deployment of the EnSite Safari Suite® CRM Web application can be accomplished in multiple ways, including integration with existing marketer web sites or hosting of the application and web environment by EnSite.
Future development plans for EnSite Safari Suite® CRM Web include development of a true end user self-care system, providing end users opportunities for self-management of their online profile and activation of services via a direct, secure link to the EnSite Safari Suite® database.
