EnSite Implementation Services

Proven, Client-Centered Implementation

EnSite understands that system implementation is a complex, client-specific process that must be undertaken with care. Over multiple system implementations for a variety of clients, we've developed an industry-tested implementation protocol characterized by a defined implementation plan, timeline, process and roles for both EnSite and client personnel.

Implementation planning begins with a scope analysis to determine the exact needs of the client and how EnSite will meet these needs. Results of the scope analysis are merged into the formal implementation plan, which results in the development of the written agreement governing the business relationship between EnSite and the client.

Data conversion is managed according to the agreed implementation plan, as are any infrastructure needs on the part of the client or EnSite. If custom components or processes are to be included in the deployed version of EnSite Safari Suite®, these are developed and documented during the implementation timeline according to the terms in the customer agreement. This allows the client to monitor EnSite's progress toward the final product and allows both parties to keep abreast of any late-occurring changes to the original plan.

Finally, the on-site or hosted implementation is released to the client for testing and final acceptance, a process which may coincide with on-site or EnSite-hosted product training.
