EnSite provides a continuous information flow to clients in the form of project reports, release information, e-mail communications from the Account Manager, and a dedicated, secure FTP site for transfer of critical data and materials between EnSite and the client.

EnSite Safari Suite Help System

With each release of the EnSite Safari Suite® software, all users receive comprehensive written documentation in the form of EnSite Safari Suite® Release Notes. In addition, specialized enhancements for a particular client are documented and communicated to the client by the Account Manager.
During implementation and training, users are provided a bound volume of comprehensive training materials on the specific configuration of EnSite Safari Suite® being implemented. And the software itself features an on-board electronic Help system for instant access to instructions and process descriptions for day-to-day tasks.
