EnSite Training Services

Complete Training from Implementation to Support

Training opportunities are available to clients on a continuous basis, from initial implementation training, to new employee training, to upgrade training. EnSite provides on-site training at the client facility, group training at our state-of-the-art Omaha training facility, or via the Internet using interactive WebEx online training technology.

Initial Implementation Training

Training plan development is an important part of the overall EnSite Safari Suite® implementation development plan. EnSite's expert training staff creates a tailored training plan and compiles appropriate training materials based on the proposed system configuration and included modules.

At implementation, formal training of one to two weeks takes place, either at the client site or at EnSite's Omaha training facility. During these interactive sessions, users learn to use each component of EnSite Safari Suite®. Because of the combined product and industry knowledge of EnSite's training staff, clients also have the opportunity to explore unique usage options based on their business practices, office roles and work habits.

New Employee and Upgrade Training

Thanks to the variety of available training delivery choices provided by EnSite, clients can provide “just in time” training for new employees or educate employees on product upgrade features in the manner most appropriate for their needs. Our trainers frequently deliver upgrade training on-site, allowing clients to minimize disruption to the office. Or a client may send a group of users to our Omaha facility for intensive training, with the learning opportunity enhanced by removal from day-to-day distractions. For less complex training, for example to get quickly up to speed on minor upgrades or to demonstrate enhancements, Internet-based training may be the right choice.

Web-based Training

EnSite offers continuous training to clients via the Internet using interactive WebExTM online training technology. EnSite's WebEx account is available at all times for planned or impromptu training. Using WebEx, clients have a convenient tool for interactive training on small-scale upgrades or for demonstrations of single enhancements, whether at upgrade or during development to ensure the functionality is meeting the client's needs.
